Take the DVD disc burning system as an example to explain the method:

Step 1, run Nero Burning ROM V7.1.1., select the disc format as DVD in the automatically opened "New Edit" dialog box, and click the "DVD-ROM" option in the DVD disc type list, as shown in Figure 2912398.

step 2, select the "image file" radio box in the "startup" tab, and click the "browse" button, as shown in figure 2912399.

Step 3, open the "Open" dialog box, find and select the downloaded DOS boot image file cdrom-1218.ima which supports mouse, CD-ROM and USB flash drive, and click the "Open" button, as shown in figure 291231.

Step 4, return to the "New Edit" dialog box and click the "New" button. Find the pre-made system partition image file and Ghost 23 main program in the File Browser pane of Nero Burning ROM program window. Right-click these files and select the "Copy to Edit" command, as shown in Figure 2912311.

tip: generally, when using Ghost 23 to back up the partition where the Windows XP system is located, the generated image file cannot be larger than 2GB. Once it exceeds 2GB, Ghost 23 will automatically create several. chs volume dividing image files. When using the image file to restore the system, you only need to select the. gho main file, and the volume dividing file will be automatically called.

step 5, click "burner" → "burn and compile" menu command in turn, as shown in figure 2912312.

step 6, set the writing speed (for example, 6X) in the opened "burn and compile" dialog box, put a DVD in the DVD burner, and click the "burn" button, as shown in figure 2912313.

Step 7, Nero Burning ROM starts the burning process, and the data will be automatically verified after burning. If the verification is successful, the CD will automatically eject. Click "OK" in the opened dialog box and close the Nero Burning ROM program window, as shown in Figure 2912314.

at this point, a manual system recovery CD supporting DOS startup and containing Ghost backup file and Ghost 23 program has been made. Users can use this CD to manually restore the system at any time.
