As an excellent educator, you are usually required to write lesson plans. Teaching plans are conducive to the improvement of teaching standards and the development of teaching and research activities. So how should the lesson plan be written appropriately? The following is a cardboard box lesson plan for middle class health activities that I compiled. Welcome to read and collect it.
Activity goals:
1. Through various ways of playing with cartons, train children’s ability to crawl, run, and drill.
2. Cultivate children’s creativity in games, develop their divergent thinking, and at the same time cultivate their spirit of unity and mutual assistance.
3. Promote the coordination and flexibility of children’s hands, feet and whole body movements.
4. Cultivate a sense of competition and experience the challenges and happiness brought by games.
5. Cultivate children’s concept of unity and cooperation.
Activity preparation:
There are several large and small cardboard boxes placed on the floor mat in Area C. There are holes dug into the cartons for children to put their hands out.
Activity process:
1. Preparatory activities: listen to music and imitate the robot’s preparatory activities.
2. Carton Game: Variety of Cardboard Boxes
There are many cardboard boxes on the floor mat. The teacher told the children to use the cardboard boxes to play games today.
How to play: I am a robot.
Show the cardboard box and ask the children to put it on and imitate the robot walking. The small cardboard box can be played by one person, while the large cardboard box can be played by several people. Children can freely choose their partners to play with.
How to play 2: Go through the cave.
Ask the children to connect the cartons one by one, like a train, and then ask the children to crawl from one end of the carton to the other.
How to play 3: Car racing
Divide the children into two groups. The children stand in the carton, pick up the carton with both hands and run to the finish line. The first one to arrive wins.
3. Relaxation activities
Listen to music and do relaxing movements, then end the activity.
