The German Echo Music Award is the highest honor in the German music industry.
The German Echo Music Award was announced on March 13 this year. British singer robbie williams and American superstar Madonna won the male and female singer awards respectively, and Irish rock singer Bob Godorf, who is enthusiastic about public welfare, won a special award.
In the recorded acceptance speech, robbie williams paid tribute to his fans and looked forward to the German World Cup.
The Best International Orchestra Award was won by British rock band coldplay. Other winners include American metal band Degenerate Systems and Argentine singer Simino Rossi.
