1. First click on the settings on the mobile phone desktop, and then click on the personal avatar.
2. Then click on the Apple Store, then click on the apple id, as shown in the figure below.
3. Then in the page that opens, click to view apple?id, as shown in the figure below.
4. Then click on the purchase record, and then click on an item to be refunded.
5. Then click Problem Feedback, then click Refund and click Finish, and finally click Submit.
