As one of the ways for primary and secondary school students to exercise, broadcast gymnastics has a long history in China. As an experienced person, I have also done broadcast gymnastics in primary and junior high schools, so I have deep feelings about it. After a few years, the most difficult thing to think back to broadcast gymnastics at that time is jumping.
As a college student, I still remember the chapter of jumping in the third national broadcast gymnastics for primary and secondary school students. It is more difficult in our hearts than in its movements. As a boy, and it's already junior high school, jumping around on the playground, to tell the truth, is something that makes people feel very ashamed, especially at such an age of budding youth, I often can't let go of my face more than usual, and I think it's extremely humiliating. Because we care too much about our own image, or care too much about our own image in other people's minds, we are often reluctant to do this part in junior high school. We feel stupid and humiliated. Jumping around in front of so many people, like a child, is unbearable at the age of pretending to be mature, so I think jumping is the most difficult step.
