If you choose to keep the order and continue to watch the performance, you don't need to do anything else, and the original order will be automatically updated to the new performance date.

On the day of reopening, tickets can be picked up with the original order information, and the seat number of the original session remains unchanged.

2. Refund plan

(1) If you have purchased tickets through the official applet of Gulangyu Concert Hall, please contact the customer service micro signal xmglyyyt or call 0592-5887838 (consultation time: Monday to Friday (9:00- 18:00) to apply for a refund, and the staff will refund according to your payment path (Alipay/WeChat/bank card).

The performance refund time is June 20, 2022 18:00. Refunds will no longer be supported after the deadline.

(2) For the audience who bought tickets on the ticketing platforms such as Barley and Cat's Eye, please contact the original ticketing platform and refund the tickets according to the corresponding channel flow.

Some spectators got tickets for the performance in the form of "donation" or "second purchase".
