The main courses at the undergraduate level - the Kodaly and Orff music education systems all use original textbooks. From the beginning of the department, we have hired German and Austrian teachers continuously, in short or long periods of time (such as one semester in an academic year). Specialized teachers from Orff and Kodaly from various countries such as Hungary, Belgium, and Canada provide systematic and in-depth teaching, thereby ensuring that students of all grades in the music education department can master the advanced music education system in the five school years, and will be useful for their future career as a middle school student. Music teachers in primary schools or teachers in normal schools play an important role.

While introducing original textbooks and hiring foreign experts, the department has also begun experiments in establishing a national teaching system based on my country’s music culture and the construction of Chinese nationalized school music textbooks. At the same time, it has also carried out some Experimental teaching practices.
