The whole bandstand is of reinforced concrete structure. The layout of the venue is semi-circular, and an arc concert hall is set in the center of the semi-circular. Steps are set on both sides of the concert hall to connect with the flower shed. Behind the music scene is a large screen wall that collects sound waves, which is the main design body of the music station. The wall faces north, with a width of about16.67m and a height of about11.33m.. The horizontal section is circular. There is a half moon pool in front of the music scene, with a radius of 12.67 meters, which is used to collect natural water in the open space. The pool water will not dry up all year round, which can enhance the acoustic effect of the music scene. There are platforms on the two wings of the music scene, and reinforced concrete flower sheds are built on them.
