In order to rescue, inherit and promote chanting, on January 24, 2010, with the approval of the Ministry of Education and registration by the Ministry of Civil Affairs, the chanting branch of the Chinese Language Modernization Society (Chinese Chanting Society) was established in Beijing. The association has united a group of insightful people and has carried out rescue, recording, sorting and research work across the country in recent years, and has received support from the Central Spiritual and Civilization Office, the State Language Commission, and the Pragmatics Department of the Ministry of Education. Carry out the publicity and promotion work of chanting. The society is a mass group of chanting cultural volunteers and the only national chanting organization. Each of its members hopes to do their part for the inheritance, development and popularization of chanting.

In 2009, while preparing for the event, the Chinese Chanting Society has already carried out publicity and promotion activities for chanting in seven provinces and cities across the country, and has received enthusiastic social response. In one year, the Chinese Chanting Society held more than 30 lectures and trainings, with more than 5,000 people directly attending the lectures, mainly primary and secondary school teachers. A large number of schools have expressed interest in teaching recitation. Many teachers have already started trying it, and some have explored certain methods. This has been reflected in students at the "Chinese Recitation" summer camp and Chinese Recitation Week. results. Influential publications such as "People's Education", "Primary School Chinese", and "Primary School Chinese Teachers" have published articles by famous teachers, expressing enthusiastic support and in-depth discussions on chanting teaching. In 2009, the society also participated in many evening parties and programs of CCTV, Beijing TV, and Educational TV, such as "Chinese Songs", "Chinese Chant", and "Heyun Tiange", and achieved good results. In October 2009, the Chinese Chanting Society organized the "Chinese Chanting Week" event in Beijing, inviting chanting experts from various schools in South Korea, Japan, Taiwan, Hong Kong and mainland China, as well as from the education, academia, and art circles. The elites gathered together and held 6 performances, 4 academic forums, and 15 "Chanting into Campus" activities in 12 universities, middle schools and primary schools. More than 5,000 people directly participated in the chanting week activities. CCTV's "Chao Wen Tian Xia" and other programs and many media reported on the chanting week. Many performances of the chanting week were later broadcast on the CCTV Music Channel, attracting social attention. .
