Examination room arrangements

1. All examinations in our school are arranged at the Binjiang Campus of Wuhan Conservatory of Music, and no examination rooms are set up elsewhere.

Candidates are requested to carefully check the daily examination room arrangements one by one, be clear about the time and duration of the examination subjects, and be sure not to enter the wrong examination room.

Stationery Requirements

Our school does not provide stationery for the 2021 master’s degree examination, and candidates must prepare their own stationery. The specific requirements for stationery are:

1. Please bring your own 2B pencil, black marker pen, pencil sharpener, eraser, transparent backing board, transparent stationery bag, any form of stationery box is prohibited.

2. Candidates applying for admission to other colleges and universities are not allowed to bring any books or periodicals, except for the examination subjects in which calculators without storage function are indicated in the admission unit description column on the "Admittance Ticket". , newspapers, manuscript paper, pictures, materials, tools with communication functions or electronic supplies with storage, programming, query functions, correction fluid, correction tape and other items enter the examination room.

3. Candidates are not allowed to pass stationery, supplies, etc. on their own in the examination room. Articles unrelated to the examination carried by candidates in the examination room must be stored in the designated storage area in the examination room. Notes

1. The time for printing the admission ticket is: December 10 to December 28, 2020. Candidates should log in to the Yanzhao.com within the specified time to download and print the "Admission Ticket" on A4 format white paper. The admission ticket does not need to be typed, and no alteration or writing is allowed on both the front and back sides. Candidates can keep the electronic version of their admission ticket for emergencies.

2. Due to the requirements of this year’s epidemic prevention and control work, there are many inspection items, so candidates must allow enough time to avoid affecting the exam:

(1) Arrive at Binjiang of our school in advance Body temperature detection and verification at the campus gate? Hubei Health Code?;

(2) After entering the campus, candidates must go to the examination venue 1 hour in advance before the start of each exam and line up for security check outside the building. Enter the examination room building with your "Admittance Ticket" and resident ID card;

(3) After entering the building, candidates must undergo security inspection and secondary temperature check before entering the examination room. With your "Admission Ticket" Enter the examination room with resident status.

3. Candidates are only allowed to bring their examination certificates and the above-mentioned examination equipment to their seats. When entering the examination room, all other items brought by individuals must be stored in the examination room item storage area and can be retrieved only after the examination.

4. Late candidates will not be allowed to enter the test center 15 minutes after the exam starts (i.e. after 8:45 a.m. and after 14:15 p.m.). All candidates must arrange their time reasonably.

5. The submission time for each subject shall not be earlier than 30 minutes before the end of the examination for each subject. It is strictly prohibited to take test questions, answer sheets, answer sheets and scratch papers out of the examination room, otherwise it will be considered a violation of discipline. Candidates are not allowed to re-enter the examination room after handing in their papers and taking the examination. After leaving the examination room, they should quickly walk outside the cordon and are not allowed to linger, talk, laugh or discuss near the examination room.

6. Candidates should make preparations for the exam before entering the examination room and go to the bathroom in advance. In principle, they are not allowed to leave the examination room after entering the examination room. If you really need to leave the examination room, you must obtain the consent of the invigilator and be accompanied by a staff member. After returning to the examination room, students must actively cooperate with the invigilator to conduct identity verification, security inspection, and personal belongings inspection as required.

7. Candidates should use a black pen to accurately and clearly fill in their name, candidate number and other information at the designated location as required, and paste the barcode at the designated location on the unified examination subject answer sheet as required. The candidate shall be solely responsible for any omissions, incorrect entries, unclear handwriting, or omission of barcodes that affect the evaluation results. Candidates should answer questions within the specified area on the answer sheet (card). Answers written on the scratch paper or outside the specified area will be invalid.
