1. Open Cooledi and import the song you want to adjust the speed (let’s call it A for now) into an audio track in Cooledit.

2. Double-click the mouse on the audio track, switch to the waveform editing interface, select a fragment of the song you want to adjust the speed, or the entire song, and then click "Effects" on the toolbar.

3. Click "Effect" and then click "Speed", "Pitch", "Transmission", and "Speed ??(Maintain Pitch)" to set the speed you need until you are satisfied, then click OK and save Just file.
