If your phone automatically pauses when listening to music, we recommend that you:

1. Check whether the music auto-off function is set: Music-More in the upper right corner (menu key)-Settings -Music automatically turns off -Off.

2. Check whether the flip mute or easy mute function is set. It is recommended to try turning it off.

3. Change other music to play and observe whether the same problem occurs.

4. If it doesn’t work, please try updating the mobile phone system version.

5. If it is already the latest version, please back up the data on your phone and try restoring the factory settings.
