Buddhist meditation, what is Zen?
[ Zen] The abbreviation of Zen Buddhism "Channa", transliteration of Pali Jhāna. Sanskrit is Dhyāna. There are also people who translate it as "abandoning evil" or "jungle of merit". Its free translation is "thinking cultivation" or "quiet consideration". It is a practice method of Zen Buddhism, in which there is a difference between Zen Buddhism and Zen Buddhism. It is said that thinking cultivation is based on the cause, which means that one mind is trained for the cause and can be centered, so it is called thinking cultivation. He who speaks quietly is named according to his body. Its Zen body is silent and thoughtful, so it is called quiet thinking. Quiet means calm, worry means wisdom, and the wonderful body of equal wisdom is called "Zen". That is, Buddhism generally talks about Zen meditation. Virtual spirit is quiet, and the outer edges (external things) are abandoned and are not affected by it; It is "Zen" to take back God and make the spirit look back at itself (non-body).
