Schoenberg initiated the atonal music of "twelve-tone system" and trained many composers of "twelve-tone system". Symphonic poems "Tomorrow Night", "Chamber Symphony", "Opera Expectation" and "Survivor of Warsaw" are written for recitation, male chorus and band. In addition, there are several string quartets and many piano and vocal works.
In addition to writing a large number of music works, Schoenberg also wrote many works on music theory, including Course of Harmony Acoustics, Structure and Function of Harmony, Style and Thought, etc.
