General rules for open recruitment of staff in Guiyang No.1 Experimental Middle School and Guiyang No.1 Experimental Primary School

According to the national, provincial and municipal regulations on the new staff of public institutions, it is decided through research that the staff of public institutions are openly recruited for the society. In order to ensure the smooth progress of this recruitment, these general rules are formulated.

First, the number of recruits.

A total of 53 staff members of public institutions were recruited this time. For details, please refer to the list of open recruitment posts for Guiyang No.1 Experimental Middle School and Guiyang No.1 Experimental Primary School.

Second, the recruitment target and application conditions

(1) Recruitment Target

The recruitment of public institutions is oriented to the society, and all kinds of personnel who meet the recruitment conditions can apply for the exam.

Under any of the following circumstances, they shall not be employed: they have not been dismissed or are being examined by the discipline inspection and supervision department; Persons whose criminal punishment period has not expired or who are under judicial investigation and have not yet reached a conclusion; Civil servants who have not completed the minimum service period; Newly registered (hired) staff of government agencies and institutions before the expiration of the probation period; Laws and regulations stipulate that it is not allowed to recruit personnel for public institutions.

(2) Application conditions

(1) has People's Republic of China (PRC) (PRC) nationality, supports China's leadership and loves socialism;

(2) Abide by the Constitution and laws, have good conduct, have a decent style of work and have the spirit of serving the people;

(3) Having relevant academic qualifications, majors and qualifications required for applying for positions;

(4) Being in good health, being over 18 years old (including 18 years old, born before June 30th, 199 1) and under 35 years old (including 35 years old, born after July 1974). Those with senior technical positions in professional primary schools or first-class professional technical positions in middle schools can be relaxed to 40 years old (1born after June 30, 969), and those with senior technical titles in professional middle schools can be relaxed to 45 years old (1born after June 30, 964).

(5) Applicants for teacher positions must have teacher qualification certificates of corresponding levels and disciplines;

(6) Have other qualifications required for applying for the position (see the recruitment position list for details);

(7) Other circumstances determined by the Municipal Zhaoban.

Third, the timing.

(1) Registration

1. Registration time: July 26-27, 2009, 9: 00 am-65438+06: 00 pm.

2. Registration place: Guiyang No.16 Middle School (Memorial Tower, No.99 Xinhua Road).

(2) Issuing admission tickets

The admission ticket will be issued on July 3 1 day. Place to receive the admission ticket: Guiyang No.16 Middle School. Candidates receive the admission ticket with their ID cards and admission tickets.

(3) Examination

1. Comprehensive knowledge and ability test time: August 1.

2. See the admission ticket for the examination place.

3. The time and place of professional test and interview (trial teaching) will be notified separately.

(4) announcement of results

The examination results were published on the website of Guiyang Personnel Bureau (), Guiyang Education Information Network () and Guiyang Education Information Network () on August 4, 2009. If there is no objection to the publicity results, extra points will be given in the comprehensive test results of knowledge and ability.

Verb (abbreviation for verb) check

The examination is divided into three categories: management posts (A), professional and technical posts (B) and teacher posts (C).

Applicants for Class A positions take part in comprehensive knowledge and ability tests and interviews.

Those who apply for Class B positions participate in comprehensive knowledge and ability tests, professional tests and interviews.

Those who apply for position C will take a comprehensive test of knowledge and ability and try to teach.

Applicants must take the exam in the subjects specified in the brochure. Those who fail to take any exam will be deemed to have given up the exam automatically and will be disqualified for the next exam.

(1) Comprehensive knowledge and ability test

The Comprehensive Knowledge and Ability Test is a closed-book test, and no reference books are specified in the test.

Candidates must hold a valid resident ID card or household registration certificate (excluding household registration book, driver's license, passport and other identification certificates) and an admission ticket issued by the public security organ where the household registration is located before entering the examination room to take the exam.

(2) Professional testing

For those who apply for B-type positions, according to the comprehensive test results of knowledge and ability, according to the recruitment position plan of not less than 1: 3 and not more than 1: 10, the candidates who take the professional test are determined from high score to low score.

(3) Interview

Those who apply for Class A positions will be determined to participate in the interview according to their scores in the comprehensive test of knowledge and ability and the ratio of 1: 3 in the recruitment position plan from high score to low score.

Those who apply for Class B positions will be calculated according to the comprehensive knowledge and ability test scores accounting for 30% and professional test scores accounting for 40%. According to the sum of the results of the two subjects and the ratio of recruitment position plan 1: 3, the interview candidates are determined from high score to low score.

(4) Trial teaching

Those who apply for C-type positions will be determined from high score to low score according to their scores in the comprehensive test of knowledge and ability and according to the recruitment position plan of not less than 1: 3 and not more than 1: 6.

Try to set the minimum qualified score line, and the minimum qualified score line is 60 points. Those who can't reach the minimum qualified score can't be hired.

(5) Total score calculation

The total scores of candidates are classified and calculated according to the following proportions:

For those who apply for Class A positions, the total score is calculated according to the "comprehensive knowledge and ability test" score of 60% and the interview score of 40%.

For those who apply for Class B positions, the total score is calculated by "comprehensive knowledge and ability test", accounting for 30%, professional test accounting for 40%, and interview accounting for 30%.

Those who apply for C-type positions will get the total score according to the comprehensive test results of knowledge and ability, accounting for 40%, and the trial teaching accounts for 60%.

(6) Others

In case of job interview (professional test, trial teaching), the last candidate will also participate in the interview (professional test, trial teaching).

If the ratio of the number of people in the recruitment plan for A and C jobs to the number of people entering the interview (trial teaching) is less than 1: 3, whether to conduct the interview (trial teaching) is decided by the municipal recruitment office.

If the ratio of the number of people in the recruitment plan for Class B jobs to the number of people entering professional tests or interviews is less than 1: 3, whether to conduct professional tests or interviews shall be determined by the Municipal Admissions Office.

Those who plan to interview (professional test and trial teaching) because of the adjustment or cancellation of the plan will be disqualified from the interview (professional test and trial teaching) and announced to the public.

Before the interview (trial teaching), the qualifications of those who intend to participate in the interview (trial teaching) shall be examined. Qualification review by the county conscription office audit. Those who pass the qualification examination participate in the interview (trial teaching); Those who fail the qualification examination will be disqualified from the interview (trial teaching) and will be replenished according to the candidates' scores from high to low.

The time and place of professional test and interview (trial teaching) will be notified separately.

Sixth, physical examination

Candidates who take the physical examination in each recruitment position are determined from high score to low score according to the ratio of the number of people to be employed 1: 1. If the total score of candidates in the same position is tied, the one with the highest score in the interview of position A, the professional test of position B and the examination of position C shall be determined as the physical examination object. Those who fail the physical examination are not listed as the assessment objects, and they are replenished according to the total score of the post from high to low.

The physical examination shall be organized and implemented by the municipal recruitment office and supervised by the discipline inspection and supervision department. Physical examination standards refer to the General Standard for Physical Examination of Civil Servants in Guizhou Province (Trial), and those with special industry requirements shall be implemented according to relevant standards. The medical examination fee shall be borne by the candidates themselves.

Seven. evaluate

The recruiting unit and the competent department are responsible for the assessment of the personnel to be hired by the unit.

Those who pass the medical examination are included in the assessment object.

The assessment content of on-the-job candidates mainly includes five aspects: "morality, ability, diligence, achievement and honesty"; Other candidates mainly focus on realistic performance and student status files. The evaluation should be comprehensive, true, objective and fair.

If one of the following circumstances is found in the assessment, the candidate's proposed employment qualification will be cancelled after the approval of the county recruitment office;

(a) can not adhere to the party's basic line, on major political issues can not be consistent with the CPC Central Committee;

(2) Having a criminal record or serious violations of law and discipline, or being recognized as a criminal suspect by judicial organs;

(3) Having political and economic problems;

(4) Other serious diseases are found;

(five) lax organizational discipline, a serious violation of labor discipline;

(six) the object of investigation is the newly registered (employed) personnel of government agencies and institutions, and the probation period and service period have not expired;

(seven) as of September 30, 2009, failing to submit academic qualifications, degrees and teacher qualification certificates as required;

(eight) do not meet the qualifications required to apply for the position or provide the registration materials required for the position by fraud;

(nine) other circumstances that can not be employed by the municipal recruitment leading group.

Whether the assessment is unqualified or not shall be decided by the municipal recruitment leading group.

8. Go through the recruitment procedures.

Those who pass the comprehensive test of knowledge and ability, professional test (trial teaching and skill test), interview, physical examination and assessment are determined to be candidates to be hired. The personnel to be hired shall be publicized by the recruiting unit or the competent department of the recruiting unit for seven days and accept social supervision. The publicity contents include name, gender, date of birth, educational background, admission ticket number, graduation institution (or work unit), examination results, etc. If the publicity is passed, fill in the Approval Form for Open Recruiters in Guiyang Public Institutions (in triplicate) and report it to the Municipal Personnel Bureau for approval. The employed personnel shall sign the employment contract with the employing unit according to the management authority. The employed personnel shall implement the probation system and go to the personnel department of the government for contract verification.

Nine. Disciplinary requirements

This recruitment is subject to discipline inspection, supervision departments and social supervision. The recruitment work adheres to the principles of openness, fairness and justice, strictly follows the policies, conditions, standards and working procedures, strictly abides by the examination discipline, and resolutely puts an end to unhealthy practices such as fraud and favoritism. If there is any violation of discipline, the qualification of candidates will be cancelled, and the relevant personnel who violate discipline will be disciplined.
