The computer can record internally, that is, you can record the audio played on the computer with its own tape recorder. The specific operation steps are as follows:

1. First right-click the small speaker icon in the system tray in the lower right corner of the desktop, and then select "Sound" in the pop-up menu, as shown in the figure below, and then go to the next step.

2. Secondly, click the recording, and you can see that the stereo mixing is "disabled".

5. Then click the red button in the lower left corner, you will see the sound ripple, start recording, as shown in the figure below, and then go to the next step.

6. Finally, click the black square button at the bottom to stop recording and save it on the desktop by default, as shown in the figure below. In this way, the problem is solved.
