The China Opera and Dance Theater Grading Examination Committee is a cross-provincial grading institution officially approved by the Ministry of Culture on April 21, 2003. It has been more than ten years since the grading examination was launched in 1997. For more than ten years, under the leadership of ministry leaders, college leaders, and department leaders, all staff of the Grade Examination Committee have worked together and in accordance with the formulated work plan to gradually standardize the Grade Examination work, expand the Grade Examination market, increase Grade Examination items, and enrich the Grade Examination connotation. , carry out various training work.
(1). Highlight the characteristic examination and establish brand effect.
Since our college started the grading examination work, the quality of the grading examination has been continuously improved, and the number of candidates has increased year by year. At present, the number of candidates has reached more than 70,000. There are two main factors for our ability to achieve such good results. First, each Thanks to the efforts of the comrades in the examination unit, secondly, we have formulated our own work strategies, and thirdly, we have a team of examiners with profound artistic attainments, strong sense of professional responsibility, seriousness and responsibility, hard work, no regard for self-interest, and approachability.
1. Highlight the characteristics of China Opera and Dance Theater as a comprehensive performance group.
The Grading Examination Committee of our college is the only grading unit approved by the Ministry of Culture and directly affiliated with the Ministry of Culture. It is also the only comprehensive cross-provincial grading institution. We use every advantage of the theater to promote our exams. China Opera and Dance Theater is a national-level performance group with four major performance entities: opera troupe, dance troupe, orchestra and Chinese orchestra. It has a complete range of artistic varieties and a large number of talents. Therefore, our examination work, whether it is examination content or examination standards , all reflect our uniqueness. Combined with the characteristics of theater as a comprehensive performance group, the grading examinations of our various majors require candidates to pay attention to both technical skills and performance abilities, giving teachers enough space to display their abilities, making the grading examinations more popular, practical, standardized and It is interesting and also improves the candidates' interest in learning.
2. Establish your own brand and establish service awareness.
In the face of fierce market competition, we require the staff of the grading examination committee to always establish a good sense of service, serve the grassroots enthusiastically, and insist on being patient and sincere to the host units and candidates. Answer problems in a timely manner and do not be impatient. Even if it is a problem reported over the phone, we must promptly investigate and resolve it without delay.
Another important point in establishing your own brand is inseparable from the hard work of our judges. In order to eliminate the fear of candidates, the judges try their best to be humane during the examination process, provide face-to-face guidance to candidates, and correct wrong playing methods, techniques and performances. After the grading examination is over, the teachers will be evaluated based on the current grading examination situation and the problems that occurred during the current grading examination will be summarized. During the examination process, the judges carefully observe and see the teacher's usual teaching level through the candidates, so that they can promptly discover the teacher's deficiencies in teaching and provide corrective guidance. At the same time, wherever the judges go, they always insist on serving with a smile, caring for candidates, respecting teachers, not pretending to be experts, and always paying attention to their words and deeds. Each grade examination must be carried out with a certificate, adhere to the principle, and strictly implement the "Social Art Level Examination Management Measures" (Ministry of Culture Order No. 31) and the examination standards.
In recent years, the Grading Examination Committee has held a national grading examination work meeting every year. At the meeting, the previous stage of grading examination work was summarized, and the work for the next year was arranged. The "Measures for the Management of Social Arts Level Examination" (Ministry of Culture Order No. 31) was repeatedly studied, analyzed, and researched. At the meeting, work requirements for the next year were put forward and work indicators were formulated. Through several years of grading examination work meetings, timely and effective communication and coordination between the host unit and us have promoted the healthy and orderly development of art grading activities, improved the quality of art grading assessment and grading service quality, and strengthened the hosting unit's Confidence in working with us. The grading examination work meeting is a communication bridge between the grading examination committee of our college and the organizing units. All the organizing units have affirmed the necessity and timeliness of the grading examination working meeting.
3. We have a team of examiners with profound artistic attainments, strong sense of professional responsibility, seriousness and responsibility, hard work, no regard for self-interest, and approachability.
Taking advantage of the theater’s comprehensive range of artistic varieties and talents in music and dance, since the Ministry of Culture applied for the review of examiners in 2003, nearly 150 experts and judges of our college’s grading committee have successfully passed the review and are qualified as examiners. qualifications. These examiners are all experts in art and teaching. They not only have rich stage experience, but also have rich teaching experience. They often serve as judges in various competitions. Some examiners are also members of the National Expert Steering Committee for Social Arts Level Examination, and have been employed as part-time professors and department heads at Tsinghua University, China Conservatory of Music and other institutions of higher learning. At the same time, we have been continuously participating in quality education and the popularization of mass literature and art in universities, middle schools and primary schools. A large number of students we have trained and guided have won excellence awards and gold medals in national competitions. Many examiners have also participated in our professional grading examinations. The preparation of tutorials has made a great contribution to the examination work.
For example, dance majors Fang Bonian, Jiang Zuhui, Hu Zhi, Luo Diqiang, Hui Yanhong, Hou Meijun, Ji Jinwu, Guan Tianqin, Hong Wenli, Cai Fang, Liu Fang, Zhao Huimei, Wang Chaohui, etc.; folk music majors Li Jikui and Zhang Zhongyao , Wang Hua, Xie Qing, Chen Rong, Niu Changhong, Wang Chuandong, Wang Shuren, etc.; Western music majors Li Lu, Liu Chunhua, Liu Hui, Song Qiang, Ji Wei, Wang Jishu, Li Zhigong, Yang Yidan, Wang Xin, Yao Zhiming, Cao Jinqi, Qing Liejun, Wang Xiaogong, Liu Changhe, Xu Guorui, etc.; vocal music majors Zhu Yali, Xiao Guolong, Wang Nan, Li Xiaqing, Wang Jing, etc.; recitation majors Cao Can, Zhang Song, Qu Xianhe, Zhang Junying, Hao Aimin, You Benchang, Yuan Zhongrui, etc. , Tao Hao, Lian Dezhi, Xiao Jun, Tao Lanqin, Du Min, Zhan Ze, Jin Xin, etc. are not only national first- and second-level actors and performers, but also experts who have been working on the front line of grade examinations for many years. They have also participated in Compilation of teaching materials for various majors, formulation of examination standards and examination policies, teacher training, etc.
(2) Add examination items and comprehensively promote the examination.
In order to adapt to the rapidly developing grading examination market, the grading examination committee of our college has actively organized experts to compile teaching materials for other majors and added grading examination majors on the basis of the original grading examination majors. In the process of compiling teaching materials, we not only draw on the strengths of each school, but also strive to have our own characteristics, that is, we try to select and compile teaching materials from the perspective of an art performance group. In order to improve the candidates' interest in learning, we also clearly stated the requirements when compiling the teaching materials. They must not only meet the corresponding standards in technical skills, but also have certain abilities in performance.
In order to be unique among the many grading examination institutions and reflect vitality and vitality, we continue to work hard to innovate, develop ideas, and expand situations. Faced with the booming development of various professional grading examination categories, and in view of the current vacancies in the grading examination market for the recitation major, we first conducted an in-depth investigation of the national grading examination market. We actively carried out research work and carefully studied this new project, and found that people who learn the language art of reciting are very enthusiastic. Children aged 3-4 to 80-year-olds are learning languages, which shows how fast and vigorous the development of language arts education is. Such a booming language learning momentum also reflects the urgent problems that need to be solved in recitation teaching. In order to fill this gap in social art level examinations, we have organized expert demonstrations and market research over the past few years. Based on our own advantages, we have hired authoritative figures and experts in the recitation industry and teachers working on the front line to compile and publish national The first systematic and standardized China Opera and Dance Theater Grading Examination Committee's "Recitation Teaching and Examination Performance Tutorial", "Recitation Examination Teacher Training and Assessment Manual", and "Recitation Examination Examination Manual" formulated the examination standards and examination methods. In order to cooperate with market research and enable teachers to understand and master the content and examination standards of the recitation examination, we have launched three national recitation teacher training courses and hired many of the most influential recitation authorities, educational theorists, and outsiders in the country. Education experts and senior teachers working on the front line will teach you, such as Cao Can, Qu Xianhe, Zhang Song, Xiao Jun, Tao Lanqin, Lian Dezhi, Zhang Junying, Hao Aimin, You Benchang, Yuan Zhongrui, Tao Hao, Du Min, Zhan Ze, Jin Xin, etc. are the core strength of every training. Our institute submitted the materials to the Ministry of Culture in November 2006. In early September 2007, based on the textbooks we published, the Ministry of Culture held a special expert demonstration meeting composed of experts, leaders of the Ministry of Culture, and leaders of the Ministry of Education. At the meeting, the Grading Examination Committee of our college conducted the "On Including the Recitation Major in the Social Sciences" Feasibility statement of professional catalog for art proficiency examination". The meeting was affirmed by experts and leaders. They unanimously stated that the smooth implementation of the recitation examination will bring new opportunities to the examination market, which will have a driving significance for the entire examination market. Leaders of the Ministry of Education who participated in the expert demonstration meeting also praised the China Opera and Dance Drama Theater for its great contribution to the recitation examination. At the meeting, they gave strong support to our work and believed: "The set of teaching materials published by China Opera and Dance Theater has enabled recitation teaching to have systematic teaching materials and formed a standardized teaching system. This is a very meaningful thing. "On October 11, 2007, based on the materials submitted by our college and the results of expert argumentation, the Ministry of Culture officially approved and determined that the recitation major for the social arts level examination was listed in the directory of drama majors. In April 2008, the Ministry of Culture reported our school’s recitation examination work and officially approved our school’s recitation qualification. .
(3) While standardizing management, open up the market.
1. In order to adapt to the rapidly developing grading examination market, we cannot only pursue quantitative development, but also pay attention to the improvement of quality. A good unit must have a sound management system and a standardized management model. If it is not standardized, it will not be recognized by everyone. Since the implementation of Order No. 31 of the Ministry of Culture, namely the "Measures for the Administration of Social and Artistic Level Examinations," the Ministry of Culture has set strict requirements for the organization of grade examinations every year and has issued documents many times. According to the document requirements, several unifications and several filings were proposed in our work. First, unified examination standards, unified examination teaching materials, unified examination procedures, unified arrangements for judges, unified use of registration forms, and unified production of certificates. Second, before taking the exam, you must record the exam brochure, fee standards, exam arrangements, and the Department of Culture. After the exam, the list of candidates must be recorded in a timely manner. In this way, we can discover unreasonable content in time, make adjustments, and resolutely put an end to problems such as arbitrary charges. Achieve unified management and solve problems in a timely manner once problems are discovered.
Regarding the work of the undertaking unit, we require our staff to provide standardized services, combine supervision and effective guidance, and solve problems for the undertaking unit. For problems that are difficult to solve, first of all, we actively communicate with the leaders in charge of grade examinations at the local Department of Culture, and ask the Department of Education and Science of the Ministry of Culture for instructions, and ask the responsible comrades of the National Grade Examination Center to coordinate and solve the problems.
2. In order to carry out the grading examination work in a more standardized and orderly manner, based on the experience of previous years, before and after the peak of the grading examination, the grading examination committee of our college holds a professional review meeting every year. Some problems that occurred in previous years' examinations were corrected, prevented and remedied in a timely manner. For the evaluation of some majors, unified standards have been formulated and adjusted based on the actual conditions of various places, so that the work of the judges can be more based on evidence.
3. At the same time, while improving the management system, we put forward new requirements for staff and implement a responsibility system for each staff member. Every comrade is required to be actively responsible, establish a good sense of service, stick to their posts, and not shirk responsibilities or withhold problems. If you encounter something that you cannot handle yourself, you must report it promptly and resolve it through negotiation. Before the exams come, we make overall arrangements, formulate work plans, and coordinate time and examiner arrangements based on the times reported by various places. The staff are required to keep their phones on 24 hours a day to solve problems that arise in the examination work of each host unit at any time. Make timely adjustments and solutions to emergencies.
4. In response to the problems reported by the organizers such as untimely issuance of certificates and high error rates, we have repeatedly conducted discussions and studies over the past few years, summed up our experience, and formulated a more detailed, faster, and more practical plan. In order to reduce the error rate of certificate entry, we have changed the practice of having the organizer enter the natural information of candidates in previous years. Starting from 2007, we require all organizers to feedback all registration forms to us in a timely manner after the examination. We will then arrange for staff to complete all the entry work for the certificate. In this way, the certificate issuance time is shortened and the error rate is reduced. In the past few years, in order to produce certificates, our grading examination committee has hired a number of full-time staff to do the work of entering certificates, posting photos, etc. This has indeed improved work efficiency, enabled the certificates to be issued to candidates in the shortest possible time, and guaranteed the interests of candidates , got everyone’s approval.
(4) Improve supporting work and focus on teacher training.
In order to cooperate with the grading examination work and the requirements for tutors, the grading examination committee of our college conducts relevant training for tutors who participate in the grading examination every year. In recent years, dance teacher and recitation teacher training has been carried out in Beijing, Guangdong, Guangxi, Shandong, Gansu, Changchun, Hebei, Anhui and other places. Through training, it not only improves the teaching level and ability of teachers, increases the number of candidates for the host unit, but also expands the reputation and influence of our college's grading committee across the country, and expands our awareness and recognition in various places. It is helpful for teachers to understand our examination content and teaching methods, and it is also helpful for promoting our examination tutorials.
In general, the grade examination work over the past ten years has been strongly supported by ministry leaders, college leaders, provincial departments of culture and various organizing units across the country. Under the leadership of department leaders and the efforts of all comrades in the department, With concerted efforts, our work has made steady progress and our performance has increased year by year. All work has been completed as planned. In the future, we will vigorously expand our business, standardize the market, improve the system, and strive to achieve greater results.
