1. Click the speaker icon in the lower right corner.

2. Click Audio Settings-Recording-right-click the microphone-Properties-Listening.

3. Cancel the hook that listens to this device.

4. If the appeal cannot be resolved and no other player is turned on, it will be a headphone problem.
