In the Shurangama Sutra, it is very important for those who study Buddhism to "manage six roots, and the net thoughts come and go". When you meditate, your ears don't listen to the movement outside the window, your nose clearly knows what color your breath is, your mouth doesn't say right and wrong, and you are full of energy. The eyes, ears, nose, tongue, body and mind are under the control of the Buddha's name. Monitor and photograph these six roots with Buddhist names and meditation, so as to calm down and become body, mouth and mind fellow practitioners.
-Shang Jing and Xia Hui's brief interpretation of the Diamond Sutra.
Meditation is to take six songs, but according to your personal foundation or actual situation, you can play any music or Buddhist scriptures that will help you meditate and practice.
