First of all, please confirm that you have correctly installed the lrc lyrics editor. You can download the attachment and run it to install it.

After installation, open both the WINAMP player and the Lrc lyrics editor.

First click the "Open" button in the Lrc lyrics window, as shown in the red box below.

After opening the lyrics, click "Add" in the lower left corner of the WINAMP playlist, as shown in the picture below.

You can then add songs in different ways, as shown in the figure below, there are 3 ways.

After adding it, you can click the play button to play the music, as shown in the red box below.

Then you can create lrc lyrics. First click on the line where you want to add a time tag. When you hear the music playing here, click "Add Tag" in the upper left corner of the lrc lyrics editor to insert the time. Label.
