Open the PPT where you want to add background music, click Insert inside, select the sound, and insert the music file you want to add. The method is as follows:

1. Find the PPT presentation to which background music needs to be added on the computer desktop and open it.

2. After opening it, find the Insert option on the menu bar of PPT and click it.

3. After clicking, find the sound option and click it.

4. Then select the music you want to insert from your computer and click to open.

5. Finally, select the way to play the sound, so the insertion is successful.

Note:

If you select automatic play in the background music playback mode, you do not need to click on the slide sound to play the music.
