please click "settings > Voice ",to confirm whether the ringing tone or notification tone you set is music (such as songs) saved in your mobile phone. If music is set, some third-party applications will call the music play when they play the prompt tone or ringtone, which will make you mistakenly think that the music will play automatically. You can choose the system's own ringtone or short music as the prompt tone.
Some third-party music playing applications have the auto-play function. Please check whether the auto-play function is turned on in the settings of the application.
