Central Conservatory of Music Off-campus Music Level Examination Brochure

1. Overview

The Central Conservatory of Music is the only key higher music institution in my country and the only art school that has entered the national "211" project. The Off-campus Music Proficiency Examination Committee of the Central Conservatory of Music is composed of national experts and authorities from various majors in our college. Under the leadership of the Academic Committee of the college, it organizes and leads the committee in line with the purpose of popularizing music education, improving my country's music level and national music cultural literacy. The proficiency appraisal and assessment work of various music majors provides national-level and authoritative proficiency appraisals that are generally recognized by the society for amateur music students, provides first-class guidance for students' learning and music teachers' teaching, and promotes my country's amateur music. Education is gradually becoming more formalized and scientific. The entire grading examination work strives to maintain and carry forward the rigorous academic style and fine traditions of our school, and is conducted under strict and scientific organization and management to ensure the authority and fairness of the grading assessment.

The grading examination tutorials for various majors at the Central Conservatory of Music are all compiled by experienced experts based on the principle of step-by-step teaching and the overall idea that emphasis must be placed on basic skill training. If the majority of amateur piano students can pay attention to and refer to this rule to guide their own learning, they will avoid detours and make steady progress. However, judging from the actual situation of grading examinations in recent years, a large number of piano students, either out of insufficient understanding of the basic rules of learning music, or helplessly motivated by the simple pursuit of some narrow utilitarianism, often only Rushing to take the higher level exam after studying for half a year or three or four months will not only fail to achieve the purpose of developing intelligence, cultivating sentiments, and improving cultural literacy, but may artificially increase the student's burden, affect the student's all-round development, and waste money. It takes the precious time of the children and the hard work of the parents. This strange phenomenon that goes against quality education must be corrected as soon as possible. We sincerely hope that parents and teachers will make more efforts in following the laws of music education, focusing on laying a solid foundation, and cultivating correct performance methods, so as to facilitate students' music learning and grading under the guiding ideology of sustainable development.
