Basic operations

1. Power on/off

⑴ Turn the switch key on the side of the fuselage to "ON" to turn it on, and turn it to "OFF" to shut down.

⑵ When the button on the fuselage is "ON", press and hold the " " button to turn the machine on and off. (This method is recommended)

2. Power management

This machine uses a built-in lithium battery, which can be charged by USB or charger. When the battery indicator shows " ", please charge in time.

Note: During the charging process, when the battery is fully charged, it is recommended to charge for another 1-2 hours.

Recommendation: In order to ensure smooth and long-term use of this product, it is recommended that you purchase a special charger produced by Newman. For specific operations, please refer to the instructions included with the charger.

Detailed operation

In the stop playback interface of each menu, short press the M key to switch between voice, music, FM frequency modulation, system settings, etc.

1. Voice function

(1) Select the recording folder/play the recording

In the recording stop playback interface, short press the STOP key to switch between HQ, MQ, LQ folders. When the recording file is longer than one hour, during playback, ":" will flash and an "H" icon will appear.

01|26: Indicates that *** has 26 files, and it is currently the first file.

02:16: Indicates that the file length is 02 minutes and 16 seconds; if the length is 2 hours and 16 minutes, as shown in the figure, H represents the hour.

Tip: The HQ, MQ, and LQ folders displayed on the screen, the corresponding folders displayed after the connection are HP high quality (MP3 format), SP medium quality (WAV format), and LP low quality ( REC format).

(2) Previous/next song selection: Short press the / key to select the recording file.

Tip: In the recording stop playback interface, press and hold the / key to view the version number of the device.

(3) Fast forward/rewind: During playback, long press the / key to fast forward/rewind.

(4) Playback pause: During playback, short press the key to pause playback, and short press the key again to continue playback.

(5) Volume adjustment: In the playback or stop state, press the +/- keys to increase or decrease the volume.

(6) Repeat playback

During the playback process, short press the M key to switch the file playback mode, including single loop, all loop, and cancel loop. : Indicates that all files in the current folder will be played repeatedly; : Indicates that only the currently played files in this folder will be played repeatedly.

(7) A--B repeated playback: During playback, short press the recording button for the first time to select point A, and short press again to select point B. At this time, repeat playback from A to B, press again Press the record key to cancel replay.

(8) Delete recording

a. Single file deletion: When the recording is stopped, press and hold the stop key to enter the single file deletion state, then press the key to confirm the deletion, and press the M key. Exit the file deletion interface.

b. Delete all: First enter the single file deletion state, and then press the STOP key once to enter the all deletion state. The operation method is the same as single file deletion.

2. Music function

In the recording stop playback interface, short press the M key to switch to the main music interface, and the screen will display the words. For operations on music files, please refer to "Playing Recording Files".

Tips: Please download the music files to the MUSIC folder, otherwise the music cannot be detected.

3. FM radio function

In the recording stop playback interface, press the M key continuously to switch to the FM function, and the screen will display the words. Before use, please insert the earphones to act as an antenna.

(1) Search for radio stations

Manual search: During playback, short press / to select a channel, and long press to search for stations manually. If a radio station is found, stop searching and enter Play.

Automatic search: long press the button to automatically search for stations. After searching the station, it will automatically jump to the first station for playback. Short press the button to switch stations.

(2) Adjust the volume: Short press the +/- keys to increase or decrease the volume.

(3) Switching interface: In the FM main interface, short press the M key to switch to the system setting interface.

(4) Radio recording: During the process of playing the radio station, long press the recording button to enter the radio recording; short press the stop button to stop the radio recording and save the radio recording.

(5) Radio station saving: During the radio playback process, short press the STOP key to save the radio station.

(6) Delete a radio station: While playing a radio station, press and hold the STOP key to enter the radio station deletion interface. Press and hold the STOP key again to switch between deleting a single radio station and deleting all radio stations. Short press the key to perform the deletion operation. Please press M key to exit.

4. Parameter setting

(1) System time setting

In the recording stop playback interface, press the M key continuously to switch to the system time setting menu , the screen displays the words.

In this state, use the / keys to select the year, month, day, etc., and then press +/- to adjust the settings; short press the key to save the currently set time/date.

Tip: After choosing to use the on/off key on the side of the fuselage, the system time needs to be reset when you restart the phone. If you turn on and off the phone through the " " key, there is no need to reset it.

(2) Scheduled recording time setting

In the playback and recording stop interface, press the M key continuously to switch to the scheduled recording interface, and the icon will be displayed. Short press the REC button to switch on or off, and short press the button to save. If it is turned off (the power switch is On), the machine will automatically turn on and enter scheduled recording. It means the scheduled recording function is on. If there is no such mark, it means it is off.

(3) Voice-activated recording settings

In the playback stop interface, press the M key continuously to enter the system menu settings, as shown in the figure. Press the / key to turn on (or turn off) voice-activated recording, and short press the M key to save. During the recording process, when the recorded sound source is small (unrecognizable), the recording will be automatically paused and the " " symbol is flashing; when it is restored to the point where the unit can recognize it, recording will be automatically continued without the " " symbol flashing.

(4) Timing recording length setting

After completing the voice-activated recording setting, short press the M key to switch to the timing recording length setting menu. This function can set the length of the timing recording (in minutes Calculation), short press the M key after setting to save. As shown in the figure: 0001: Indicates the length of the recording (1 minute).

(5) Recording type setting

In the playback and recording stop interface, press the M key continuously to switch to the recording type setting interface. When the voice control is turned off, you can select "HQ", " There are four types: "MQ", "LQ" and "LINEIN", select with / and short press the M key to save. When the voice control function is enabled, there are only two recording types: "MQ" and "LQ".

Note: When the voice control function is turned on to record "HQ" and "LINEIN", there will be no voice control effect.

(6) Recording light setting

In the playback and recording stop interface, continuously short press the M key to switch to the recording light setting interface, use / to select , , and short press the M key to save.

(7) View the remaining time

In the stop interface of playing the recording file, press the M key continuously to switch to the interface of viewing the remaining time,

As shown in the figure: 016:08 means there are 16 hours and 8 minutes of recording time left.

Note: When the remaining time in the machine's memory is 0 during the recording process, the LCD displays "DIC/FULL", which means

that the memory space is not enough for recording, and the current recording will be automatically saved. Recorded files.

5. Recording method

(1) Built-in microphone recording:

First select the recording type in the recording type setting, then press and hold the REC button to start recording , in the recording state, short press the REC button to record temporarily, short press the REC button again to continue recording, and short press the STOP button to stop and save the recording.

(2) External microphone recording

Insert the external microphone plug into the LINE-IN socket of the machine, then select the LINE-IN recording type, and long press the REC button to start Recording, the recording method is the same as the built-in microphone recording.

(3) Telephone recording

Please adjust the recording type to LINE-IN mode first, and connect the machine and the phone with a transcription cable, telephone line, and telephone adapter. Depending on the status of the phone, the recorded voice of the other party may be smaller. The connection method is as shown in the figure:

(4) Line recording

Use the transcription cable to connect the LINE-IN jack of the machine and the headphone jack of the external instrument. Note that the volume of the external sound source must be adjusted appropriately. , to avoid distortion caused by too loud or too low volume.

(5) FM recording

During the process of playing the radio station, long press the recording button to enter the radio recording; short press the stop button to stop the radio recording and save the radio recording.
