Every student has just graduated from the coaching class, and the first part-time job he comes into contact with is teaching classes in the gym! Gyms are different from professional training schools. There are aunts, sisters, and younger sisters of all ages, and they have never been exposed to dance. So how can you get the members to take classes with you in the gym?

The gym class is one hour long, and I divide the one-hour teaching content as follows:

1. Warm up for 5 to 6 minutes, mainly from head to shoulders. From the crotch to the last thigh, the stretching action is simple and beautiful. It does not require too much skill. Otherwise, it will be so difficult at the beginning and members will not be interested in the rest!

2. Basic exercises, basic lessons are the most important. For example, you need to teach the hip movement. The etudes to prepare for the hip movements have clear rhythms. Practice from slow to fast. The practice time is about one song from left to right. At the same time, Don't just focus on yourself, go out and tutor the members, otherwise the members will feel like they can't keep up without the teacher's attention. Note that you need to prepare several different styles of music. For dotted movements, you can choose music with clearer drum beats. For linear basic movements, you can choose popsong songs. For Simi exercises, you can choose upbeat or exciting music, and change it every three months. Otherwise, it will be the same every time. Even if I am a member, I will feel bored. Ha ha!

3. Dance: Gym dance is best taught to beginners. Simple combinations of left and right symmetry are also acceptable, but too complex dances are not suitable. Gym members generally have no basic knowledge, so for example, what I am teaching today is four 8-beat movements in dance. Then my four 8-beat dance movements are placed in front of the basic exercises. The basic exercises are to master the dance movements. When linked up, such members can easily digest the content of the day.

When teaching dance movements, you should connect them from slow to fast. Don't go too fast at once. After guiding the member 4 times, you can check the member's movements again. If you make mistakes, you should correct them in time and follow the music again! Remember that every time you teach a new movement, you must connect it with the previous movements. If you don’t connect them together, the member may collapse, and you will not be able to tell the direction!

4. The last stretch. Many times I am too late to stretch, so don’t learn from me! You can do any stretching action, just relax your wrists and head, you can also add yoga stretching, the song is soft and catchy!

Remarks: Every teacher has a different teaching style, but you must prepare your lessons. Don’t think that your membership number is misleading.
