1. Use QQ email and password to log in to the WeChat official account. The administrator needs to scan the QR code on his mobile phone to enter.

2. In the management under WeChat search, find material management.

3. Click to open material management and switch the tab to voice.

4. There is an add button on the right side of the interface, click the button.

5. Open the new voice window, enter the title, and select the category as music.

6. Click the Upload File button, find the local music file, and upload it; after the upload is complete, click Save.

7. In the material management interface, there is an additional music collection record under the voice menu.

8. Move the menu up, find the function, and open the custom menu.

9. On the simulator diagram on the right, select Send Message as the menu content and select Voice as the message type.

10. Click Select from Material Library, find the music collection material you just created, and select OK.

11. After confirmation, click the Save and Publish button; you can check the effect in the WeChat official account on your mobile phone.
