Orange Blossom Special is a famous American bluegrass and country music track. It is also considered one of the representative works of traditional American folk music. This track was originally composed by Ervin T. Rouse.

Ervin T. Rouse (October 21, 1917 - July 12, 1981) was an American bluegrass musician and composer.
