There is no center tone. The central tone refers to a tone or tone level that commonly appears in the entire work or a certain paragraph, and establishes a certain importance, then it is called the central tone. Twelve-tone music was created by Schoenberg in the early 1920s. Twelve-tone music separates and isolates the twelve semitones in the scale and treats them equally, which fundamentally denies the functional relationship between mode and tonality within the music.
