Of course, what impressed me most was Hangzhou’s food. The most famous thing in Hangzhou is the West Lake Vinegar Fish, which is sour, sweet and refreshing, without the greasiness of the sweet and sour fish in Sichuan cuisine. Of course, in the afternoon, I ordered drunken shrimp, sweet and sour short ribs, Hangzhou Sanxian delicacies, etc. at a restaurant by the West Lake. They all tasted great. After dinner in the evening, we went to the West Lake to see the musical fountain at eight o'clock. Although it was raining lightly, it was the first time to see such a large musical fountain. In recent years, I have been to Hangzhou again for business. As a northerner, I feel that the city’s civilized level and the cultural quality of its residents are relatively high.
