Shanghai Long Beach was originally a bulk container terminal in Shanghai Port 14 area, and now it is a community project built by Shanghai Port Group in Baoshan New Town.

Advantages:

1, with high-level commercial, cultural and natural scenery experience. It is estimated that the Shanghai Long Beach Project, initially completed on 20 18, has the largest riverside harbor in Shanghai, and yacht bay will be built in half of the ports to promote the development of tourism. Recently, Shanghai Long Beach Concert Hall, the largest concert hall in North Shanghai, started construction, and plans to build three parks.

2, the development prospect is easy to teach, Baoshan landmark is under construction, and there is a lot of room for appreciation in the later period.

Disadvantages:

1, the traffic is a little inconvenient, about 1.5km from Youyi Road Station of Metro Line 3 and about 3km from Tieli Road Subway Station.

The tunnel is being built at the entrance, and there will be some noise pollution afterwards. Baosteel industrial zone is near the project, with serious environmental pollution.

3. Close to the port, it is chaotic, the planning cycle is long, and the living quality is poor at this stage.
