3. Do not lie down for a long time when listening to music to avoid the enlarged uterus compressing the inferior vena cava and causing fetal hypoxia. Pregnant women should sit in a semi-recumbent position, preferably on a sofa or recliner.

4. Three times a day (i.e. once in the morning, noon and evening), 5-10 minutes each time. If you cannot enjoy it at noon due to work, you can do it once in the morning and once in the evening. You can also adjust the time according to the specific situation. .

5. When enjoying music, you should have beautiful associations with the music, have deep expectations for the baby and pour all your love into it.

6. The music should not be too many or too complex. Just choose a few simple ones to listen to. Sometimes you can listen to one piece at a time and repeat it several times.
