Album introduction: This album was composed by Kissin in Verbier Music, Switzerland in July 2004 Live recording of festival performances. In the full Chopin recital, Kissin played four polonaises and four improvisations. Polonaise is an ancient Polish folk dance with three beats per section. It is also a dance music that has been popular among Polish upper class society in the past. Many composers have written polonaise, and Chopin used this form to express his love for his motherland. The two Polonaises in Opus 26 are Chopin's early creations. In traditional forms, they display a very strong sense of Chopin's unique beauty and excitement. The Polonaise No. 2 of Opus 40 is deeply tragic, which contrasts exactly with the "Heroic Polonaise" that follows, which is famous for its combativeness and perseverance.
Chopin composed four improvisations. Originally "improvisation" refers to works performed by performers without prior preparation, but in these four pre-composed works, Chopin was able to maintain the consistency and tight structure of the works while being free. In the contrasting structure of three sections, it shows the improvisational feeling of fast playing.

Album introduction: this The CD, recorded in August 1997, represents the peak of Kissin's playing skills and challenges the most profound and connotative piece of music in classical music: the final movement of Bach's Unaccompanied Violin Suite in D minor, "Charcon." This score, adapted by Busoni, introduces the sound of the organ and explores the rich variations of Chaconne in the most in-depth way. It has always attracted countless super-skilled pianists to challenge it, and Kissin took on the challenge at the age of 26. This piece not only reaches the pinnacle of technique, but also proves his unparalleled status as a future master in terms of musical depth. As for Schumann's Kreisler Soul, an equally difficult piece, under Kissin's treatment, the timbre is rich and varied, and the meaning of the music is vividly expressed. At the age of 26, he challenges Horowitz's famous performance, and Kissing already has it in his eyes. There is a higher Mount Olympus, which is probably the highest in the world that has never been seen by famous experts before.
