In terms of artistic expertise, students' activities are colorful, and the school tries its best to provide a stage for each child to show their talents. This semester, xx held a "Golden Autumn October" poetry recitation and a "Celebrating xx" student painting competition.
Xx has specially formulated the transformation plan for students with learning difficulties in the squadron of the brigade. Through the efforts of teachers, we have gradually developed in all aspects.
Fourth, the problems found
1, the homework is random, and the homework can't be arranged in layers according to the students' situation. Some Chinese teachers don't pay enough attention to the small composition exercises in the classroom exercise book. The quality of students' writing is not good, and some don't even do it, and the number of words is not required. This is the direction of our future efforts. I hope teachers pay more attention to the use of encouraging comments in students' exercise books.
2. The teacher's supplementary effect is not good enough. Failure to effectively analyze the situation of each student, counseling topics are not targeted.
3. There is little professional theoretical study and no routine. Old teachers don't pay much attention to the re-learning and further improvement of professional theories.
4, science, comprehensive practice and other arts and sports subjects, less hands-on, no records, resulting in the lack of files.
5. Sports and extracurricular activities are not well organized, or activities are not recorded in time.
6. It is difficult for schools to carry out special research and collective lesson preparation, and some of them are superficial.
