If there is noise when playing music on your mobile phone, we recommend the following:

1. Download other music and store it in the mobile phone’s memory to play and listen.

2. Download and install other third-party music players for playback.

3. Back up your phone data (phone book, text messages, multimedia files, etc.), restore factory settings and try again.

4. If there is still noise, it is recommended that you bring your repair card, purchase invoice and mobile phone to the nearest mobile phone customer service to check the phone.
