1. Enter the music details interface, click the three dots in the lower right corner - sleep mode - set the sleep time, cancel it;

2. Change the player Try playing other music;

3. Uninstall the third-party music playing software;

4. If it is caused by a system abnormality, you can try to restore the factory settings or re-flash the firmware version.

If none of the above methods solve your problem, please bring your purchase invoice, warranty card and mobile phone to the nearest OPPO customer service center for inspection and processing.
