You can use Meipai.

1. Search and download Meipai APP.

2. Open the Meipai APP, select the small icon such as a camera, and enter the video production mode.

3. After entering, select Photos and Movies.

4. At this time, many folders for storing pictures or photos appear. Open the album and select the pictures you want to use.

5. Select 3-5 photos to start production.

6. In the production interface, you can choose filters, mv and other special effects, and add text and music to enrich pictures and movies.

7. After the creation is completed, click Next to save.
