1. Enter the directory C:\Users\Administrator\Documents\RockstarGames\GTAV and find the UserMusic folder. This folder is the path to user-defined music files.

2. Find the folder where the music you want to add is located.

3. Right-click the folder where the music is located and select "Create Shortcut"; or directly add the music file.

4. Copy this shortcut or music file to the UserMusic folder in the path C:\Users\Administrator\Documents\RockstarGames\GTAV.

5. Open GTAV and enter the game.

6. Press the ESC key in the game and select the settings menu in the pop-up menu.

7. Select the "Sound" option in the settings menu.

8. Select the "Quick Scan Music" option to start scanning the music files you just added. If the file is too large, the scan will take longer.

9. After the scanning is completed, in the game, long press the Q key to bring up the radio station options, and select "Self Radio" to play the music just added locally.
