Introduction to the Hedgehog Band

1. The band was formed in early 2003 and has participated in activities such as the "FM97.4 Campus Music Pioneer" held by Beijing Music Station and the "Song and Shadow Year" held by Renmin University of China.

2. In July 2004, the band published a single in the magazine "I Love Rock and Roll" under the name Out of Control. In September of that year, the band changed its drummer and officially changed its name to Hedgehog.

3. The band was officially established in October 2005. Members: Guitar/Singing: Zijian, Bass: Bo Xuan, Drums/Singing: Shi Lu (Astro Boy).

4. In November 2005, in the "LEVIS Campus Band Competition", the band stood out from nearly 30 candidate teams and finally entered the finals and achieved results.

5. In 2006, he independently released the music album "HAPPYIDLEKID". In 2007, he signed with Modern Sky and released the music album "Noise Attacks the World".

6. In March 2009, the music album "Daydream Blue" was released; in September, the band conducted a month-long tour of the United States, spanning the east and west coasts and performing 22 performances in 16 cities. ; In November, the band's bassist Zhu Boxuan quit "Hedgehog".

7. In March 2011, the music album "Sweetness and Killing" was released. Then the "Sweetness and Killing" China 16-city tour was held. In September, he performed two underground performances at CakeShop in Manhattan, New York, and Bruar Falls in Brooklyn, and was invited to perform a two-week, 13-city tour of the East Coast of the United States with XiuXiu. In October, the band returned to New York to record the album, produced by John Grew and Russell Simins of the Blues Explosion Band.

8. In March 2012, the music album "SUNFUNGUN" was released. In September, a 12-city tour was held in Australia.

9. In May 2019, he participated in the music variety show "Summer of the Band".

10. On July 31, 2019, they won the "Band of the Year" at the 3rd CMA Singing Committee Music Ceremony. On October 31, they won the 2019 Most Popular Band Award on the Asian New Song Chart.
