Stories about foreign celebrities and Mozart
Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart (January 27, 1756-December 5, 1791) was born in Salzburg during the holy Roman Empire. European classical music composer. The following is my story about Mozart. Welcome to read it.

Mozart, a musical prodigy

If Beethoven tried to get close to God through unremitting struggle, then Mozart was an angel on earth.

Mozart was born in a family of court musicians in Salzburg. He showed great musical talent at an early age, and he was excellent at improvisation and composition. At the age of six, he wrote a minuet and made a successful performance in Europe. He was known as a "prodigy". In 1773, he became a court musician of the Archbishop of Salzburg. In 1781, he was dissatisfied with the bishop's strict control over him and angrily resigned and came to Vienna, embarking on a difficult road of freelance musicians.

Mozart learned music as naturally as other babies learn to speak. He has a sister named marianne. When Wolfgang was a toddler, he listened when his father gave little Marianne a music lesson. Then he hobbled to the harpsichord and played the textbook exactly from beginning to end. By the time he was four years old, he could not only pluck the clavichord, but also began to write small minuets and even write a concerto for the band. Without anyone knowing, he got a small violin and learned to play it. One day, when his father and three friends were playing a string quartet in the garden pavilion, little Wolfgang pulled out the second violin section exactly! They were all surprised, and he also finished the first violin division. He is an excellent pianist, who can play concertos by visual spectrum and improvise. He began to compose music at the age of six: he wrote his first symphony at the age of eight, his first oratorio at the age of eleven, his first opera at the age of twelve, and he conducted twelve performances of the opera at the age of fourteen. After listening to Haydn's string quartet in 1773, he wrote his first six quartets in the same year at the age of seventeen.

At first, Mozart's father took two children to Munich, a music city in Germany. There, they drove everyone crazy with joy. They stopped in every town in Germany and Austria and held concerts in the palaces of nobles. In a temple, the children's mastery of the organ surprised the kind monks because they had never tried to play this instrument like this before. Soon they were often invited to play in the homes of dukes and princes. Later, the moment they had been longing for came: they were invited to perform in the emperor's palace. The children played in front of the emperor and queen and their whole court. Young Wolfgang was asked to take various tests: he visually played a difficult concerto by a court composer, who turned over the music for him and watched his excellent improvisation on the theme; He played the piano with one finger and played it on the keyboard covered with a cloth. Finally, the emperor called him a little magician. The queen gave each child a diamond ring, Marianne a white silk dress and Wolfgang a lavender silk dress with a wide gold border.

Mozart's family traveled in Germany, France, England and Holland for three years by coach. Wherever there is a duke or prince in charge of the court, they stop to give a concert. The aristocratic ladies doted on the little boy so much that my father wrote to a friend and said, I really hope they give the child as many gold coins as they give him kisses.

An English critic wrote, "This child knows more music by instinct than many cathedral teachers have studied all their lives." When Mozart's family returned to Salzburg, they brought many fine textiles with decorative patterns, shawls, silks and satins, snuff boxes, rings and other gifts enough to open a shop, but they didn't have much money. All the money they earned at the concert was spent on the trip. His father realized that if the child was allowed to stay in Salzburg for too long, he would soon be forgotten by the world.

So he planned another tour performance, this time to Italy, a country that was very important in music at that time. At that time, there were opera houses in every city in Italy, and its opera composers and singers were very popular all over the world, often crowding out the work of local musicians. Father thinks that if Wolfgang can win fame in Italy, his road in the world will be easy. The father and son began their tour performances in Italian cities, which was a triumph from beginning to end. Rich ladies poured gifts on him, and people entrusted him to write operas for Milan's Grand Opera House. In Napoli, his performance surprised the simple people and asked them to take off his diamond ring because there must be magic. In Rome, they went to the Sistine Chapel the week before Easter to listen to a sacred music. The choir is very careful about the score and never allows others to copy it down. Wolfgang went back to his room and wrote it out by memory!

comprehensive evaluation

Mozart is good at combining the beautiful things in art with the profundity that permeates life, and then combining powerful strength, straightforward temperament, resolute will and realistic sense. His works have not only the rigorous and symmetrical characteristics of classical music school, but also their own characteristics. In his artistic songs, it is commendable that the perfect combination of poetry and music runs through his creative period, so it also reflects the artistic characteristics and creative characteristics of different periods.
