Samsung’s own music player, photo album, and video player cannot detect newly downloaded songs, pictures, and video files!

Dear Samsung users:

According to your description, if the local music playback of the music file cannot be automatically detected, it may be caused by a third-party software conflict:

< p>1. Check whether the latest third-party music player software has been downloaded on your phone. It is recommended that you try to uninstall it (Settings-Application Manager-Select Downloaded-Uninstall)

2. Remove the external SD card, put the music files into the phone and try.

3. Back up mobile phone data (phone book, text messages, multimedia files, etc.) and restore factory settings (Settings-Reset-Restore factory settings).

If the problem persists after restoring factory settings, it is recommended to send the phone to the nearest Samsung service center for testing and further processing.

It is recommended that you make an "appointment in-store" maintenance application on Samsung's official website to enjoy priority maintenance services: /pre-booking

After a successful appointment, please bring your machine, invoice and warranty Card to visit your scheduled service center on time.
