Guangxi Art College, referred to as "Guangyi", is located in Nanning, the capital of Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region. It is one of the seven comprehensive undergraduate art colleges in China.
At present, it is a university jointly established by the Ministry of Culture and Tourism and the People's Government of Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region, an excellent university for undergraduate teaching evaluation by the Ministry of Education, a first-class discipline construction university in Guangxi, a university with advantages with Guangxi characteristics, a university jointly established by a doctoral unit in Guangxi, and a national university for basic capacity building in the central and western regions. It is a university approved by the Ministry of Education with the qualification of recommending excellent fresh graduates to study for master's degree without examination.
2. Guangxi Art School
Guangxi Art School is a public comprehensive secondary art vocational school. After nearly half a century of ups and downs, the accumulation of half a century has nurtured fine traditions and profound cultural heritage. In June 2009, it was recognized as a national key secondary vocational school by the Ministry of Education.
The school was founded in 1959, formerly known as Guangxi Opera School, and 1987 was renamed Guangxi Art School. It is a public art secondary vocational school, a national key secondary vocational school, an autonomous region demonstration school, a national cultural and technical skills training base for Guangxi secondary vocational schools, a demonstration training base for Guangxi secondary vocational education, an "excellent health school" in the autonomous region and the first "civilized campus" in the autonomous region.
3. Art College of Guangxi University
The Art College of Guangxi University was formerly the Art Teaching and Research Section of Guangxi University, which was established in June 1997. It has successively been affiliated to the Student Affairs Office, the Moral Education Office and the School of Public Administration of Guangxi University.
In September 2006, the Art Department of the Department of Ideological and Political Theory was established. The Art Department of Guangxi University was established on September 1 day, 2007, and the Art College of Guangxi University was formally established on September1October 3 1 day, 2008. The Art College has more than 6,000 square meters of teaching buildings, and has good conditions for running a school. At present, it has a fully functional piano room, studio, dance classroom, audio-visual room, multimedia classroom, art exhibition hall and music performance hall.
4. Guangxi Teachers College for Nationalities
Guangxi Teachers College for Nationalities, referred to as "Guangxi Teachers College", is located in Chongzuo City, Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region. It is a full-time undergraduate college jointly established by the People's Government of Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region and Chongzuo City and supported by Nanning Normal University.
Guangxi Teachers College for Nationalities was founded in 1939 as Chongshan Normal School in Guangxi Province, and has gone through the stages of Longzhou Normal School in Guangxi Province, Longzhou Normal School in Guangxi Province, No.2 Normal School in Nanning, Nanning Normal College and Nanning Normal College. In 2009, the school was officially approved by the Ministry of Education to be upgraded to an undergraduate college.
5. Guangxi Normal University of Science and Technology
Guangxi Normal University of Science and Technology (Guangxi Science &; Technical Normal University is located in Laibin City, Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region. It is a public undergraduate college in Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region. It is the first batch of "Hundred Schools Project" pilot colleges of the Ministry of Education. It is a pilot school for the overall transformation and development of newly-built undergraduate schools in Guangxi jointly established by Guangxi Science and Technology Department and Laibin Municipal People's Government.
The college can be traced back to Yishan Teachers College as early as 1958. 1970 Liuzhou Normal School was established on the basis of Liuzhou National Agricultural Technical School. 20 15, upgraded to Guangxi Normal University of Science and Technology. In 20 16, it was selected as the first batch of pilot institutions of the National "Hundred Schools Project" of the Ministry of Education.
