1. Is the mute set? Check whether the sound icon in the lower right corner of the computer is muted. If so, please click it and adjust the volume, and then try again.
2. If the external earphone sounds normal, please restore the BIOS default settings.
(The operating path and BIOS interface of different models and operating systems may be different. )
(Note: If you modify the startup-related options, please change them at the same time, otherwise you may not be able to enter the operating system. )
3. If an external earphone is connected, there is no sound in the earphone.
Go to the official website Support page to download the latest sound card driver of the corresponding model and reinstall it.
4. If it appears after updating the Windows system, try to roll back the sound card driver:
Right-click the start menu to enter the device manager, double-click the audio and video and game controller, double-click the audio device (usually Realtek HD audio) to select the rewind driver, and follow the prompts to complete and restart.
5. If the sound card driver cannot be installed or rolled back, you can choose to uninstall the device and restart it according to the prompt.
After restarting, you can try to connect to the network and use the driver automatically recognized by the system, or you can manually install the driver downloaded by official website.
You can also choose to update drivers, choose to automatically search for updated driver software, or browse your computer to find driver software to install:
6. If it is invalid, please uninstall the system update.
7. For the computer with system restore enabled, you can try system restore.
Right-click Computer Properties System Protection, click System Restore, and then follow the prompts.
(Note: Some applications may need to be reinstalled after the system is restored)
8. If it still doesn't work, please back up important data, and then restore or reinstall the system.
