Beijing No.35 High School is a full-time school under the supervision of the Xicheng District Education Commission of Beijing A public complete middle school, it is a key middle school in Xicheng District, Beijing, and a model ordinary high school in Beijing. Ranked first among key middle schools in Beijing in 2022.

The school was founded in 1923, formerly known as Beijing Private Zhicheng Middle School; in 1945 it was renamed "Beijing Private Xinsheng Middle School"; in 1952 it was renamed "Beijing No. 35 Middle School". As of March 2012, the school covers an area of ??46,000 square meters, with a construction area of ??61,000 square meters, and 36 high school classes.

On April 26, 2020, the school was recognized as the second batch of compulsory education school management standards in Beijing. In May 2020, it was selected into the list of Beijing primary and secondary science and technology education demonstration schools.
