③Requirements
1) The order of the designated tea sample tea art competition is: black tea group, green tea group, oolong tea group, black tea group, Pu'er tea group, jasmine tea group. The tea samples provided by the organizing committee all meet the national standards for various tea products.
2) The designated tea samples for the individual competition. Tea, tea tables, water, and music in the tea art competition will be provided by the organizing committee. Clothing, tea mats, and utensils will be prepared by the contestants themselves and completed within the specified time. .
3) Contestants enter the venue with their participation certificates. Applicants must meet the qualifications and must not commit fraud. Once a problem is discovered during the qualification review, the applicant's registration qualification will be cancelled; if a problem is discovered during the competition, the contest qualification will be disqualified; if a problem is discovered after the competition, the contest results will be canceled and the award certificate will be withdrawn.
4) Before the competition, organize the participants to draw lots according to tea categories. The order of competition is black tea group, green tea group, oolong tea group, Pu'er tea group and jasmine tea group. The order of contestants of the same tea category is determined by the draw number.
5) Competitors must arrive at the competition site to register 30 minutes in advance. Competitors who fail to register as required after the competition starts will not be allowed to enter the competition. When registering, you should bring your identity document and wear your participation certificate and name badge issued by the competition organizing committee. Operations can only be carried out after the game officially starts.
6) The tea art of designated tea samples must be performed on-site, and the tea used for the competition must be picked up by the contestants on-site before the competition.
7) During the competition, contestants must strictly abide by the rules of the competition. Except for bringing their own equipment required for the competition, no other items are allowed into the competition site, they are not allowed to make loud noises in the competition venue, and they are not allowed to cheat or falsify; At the same time, operating procedures must be strictly followed, equipment and personal safety must be ensured, and supervision and warnings from referees must be accepted. If equipment failure or damage is caused by a player's personal factors and the game cannot be played, the head referee has the right to terminate the player's game; if equipment failure or damage is caused by factors other than the player's personal factors, the head referee will make a decision based on the specific circumstances.
8) After the competition is terminated, no further operations related to the competition are allowed.
Players are not allowed to leave the venue without authorization during the competition. If there are special circumstances, special handling must be made with the consent of the referee.
9) Contestants should abide by competition rules and venue disciplines, obey the instructions and arrangements of the competition organizing committee, and take good care of the equipment and equipment in the competition venue.
10) The day before the competition, each team leader and players will organize a visit to the equipment and venues in accordance with the unified arrangements of the organizing committee.
