I have lived in Tongzhou Sixth Ring Road for several years. Now I think of two words: urgent and tired. As soon as I got up, I was busy packing up and going out to squeeze the subway, Batong-1 Line 2 (the subway and transfer station were full of people). I go to work for at least 3 hours every day on the road, and it's past 8 o'clock when I get home from work. Now that the house has moved to the Second Ring Road, it takes 15 minutes to walk to work. I'm not worried about bad weather or motor vehicle restrictions. You can have enough time to make up in the morning. It's only 7 o'clock when I get home from work at night. After rest, you can go to the nearby small park for a quick walk and exercise. This is life! It's a pity to spend a lot of time on the road every day. I would rather have a smaller house than live so far away. Enjoy this state of life!
Living in the countryside of Yanqing District, you will have unexpected experience, air and poetic beauty. ...
I live in a gable house and work in Space City. It takes two hours to travel, but the air is good. Go out on weekends, there are parks and outlets.
The coordinates are soft. The air is good and there is no congestion. You can see the mountain when you look up.
Where are the suburbs of Beijing? There is obviously no correct answer now. Earlier, Beijing was a circle within the Second Ring Road, and the suburbs were all outside. Now you want to say that the suburbs are outside the Third Ring Road, which is obviously wrong. So where is the boundary between suburbs and urban areas? Even the municipal government has moved to Tongzhou, which is already outside the Sixth Ring Road. Now it's called the city sub-center. As a result, there are now the same policies as those in the urban areas. So, what do you call the suburbs?
I guess people who might ask questions want to know what it's like to live in a bungalow in rural Beijing. In my opinion, it feels different. Some places are still purely rural, but some places, due to the differences in development, look like rural places, but have the feeling of cities. For example, Shangdi in Haidian, for example, Yizhuang Development Zone in Daxing. These are places of large-scale development. Although the resident is in the countryside, it is a holy land for high-tech and financial development.
Therefore, there is no completely clear concept of countryside and city in Beijing. Many old people who used to live in the city are now demolished or retired, and now they have moved outside the Fifth Ring Road and Sixth Ring Road, such as Tiantongyuan Huilongguan and many other places, and there are many further places, such as Mentougou, Fangshan and Shijingshan. And these places, which used to be called outer suburbs, have many high-end communities, bustling communities and streets, which are more lively than the previous cities.
Now in these far suburbs of Beijing, there is no problem with water supply and drainage, and toilets can be repaired indoors. Heating is changed to burning electricity or gas, and the elderly can operate the heater by themselves without any problems. Moreover, there are many bungalows in the old city. Because of its age, there is no condition for toilets to enter the house. Residents in these places have to go to public toilets in hutongs for convenience. Do you feel comfortable in the suburbs? Still comfortable in the city?
I live in the suburb. Now the suburb is not a scene with inconvenient transportation, but a big country park with fresh air, smooth roads and excellent environment. Living in the suburbs has a big house where you can grow flowers and vegetables. Going out to play is like a special activity, haha, just two words, comfortable!
It's not bad to live outside the Sixth Ring Road after retirement. The air is fresh, there are morning markets and small parks around, and there are few people on the road, which is suitable for slow life.
Dabao 20 13 came to Beijing. Except for the initial internship company, I lived in Chaoyang for a while, and the rest of the time was basically in the suburbs, including Shunyi for three years and Changping for four years. Let me briefly say first, what is life like in the suburbs of Beijing based on the basic necessities of life in these two suburbs?
Beijing suburb is located at the northwest edge of North China Plain, bordering Hebei Province on all sides and Tianjin in the east, with convenient transportation and superior geographical position. The suburbs of Beijing include Daxing District, Tongzhou District, Shunyi District, Changping District, Mentougou District, Fangshan District, Huairou District, Pinggu District, Miyun District and Yanqing District.
Clothing, food, shelter and transportation, clothes first.
After living in Shunyi county for nearly three years, Shunyi county seems to be not much different from its hometown county. I even feel that some places are not as prosperous as my hometown county. They left Shunyi on 20 16 and moved to Chaoyang. Now they pass by occasionally, feeling that Shunyi County has not changed much. There is Hualian Shopping in the center of the county, and there are two famous shopping malls in New World. The clothes in the shopping mall are still relatively complete. Many chain stores have settled in, and the prices are similar. When I first went to Shunyi, I just graduated. Basically, I went to a small shopping mall, and the price was still very suitable.
When I lived in Changping, I mainly lived in Tiantongyuan. Tiantongyuan is a well-known large-scale community in Beijing and even the whole country. It is called "the largest community in Asia" with a population of about 500,000. Tiantongyuan seems to be noisy and crowded, but the shopping malls in Tiantongyuan are rich in food, clothing, housing and transportation, and it is very convenient. After all, it is a mature community that has developed for 20 years. When I moved to Tiantongyuan, I had already bought a car, most of them would go to Hualian Shopping Mall, and occasionally I would go shopping in Changping Outlets outside the Sixth Ring Road. In fact, Tiantongyuan is a very convenient and lively life in all aspects.
Eat, wear, live and talk about delicious food.
When it comes to eating, whether Shunyi or Changping, the suburbs of Beijing are also very rich. Take Shunyi as an example, cooking by yourself will be more, and large shopping malls such as vegetable market and Wumart are not far away. It's convenient to buy some ingredients and cook by yourself, and the price is quite suitable. If you eat out, there are also many chain restaurants in the mall. There are also many time-honored restaurants outside the community, which can basically meet the daily catering needs. I think it's as good as the city.
Changping Tiantongyuan is relatively more convenient. Many times there is a small dish market downstairs, or there are basically shops at the entrance of the community. Restaurants can also be seen everywhere. Many communities have small restaurants, and chain restaurants abound in shopping malls. After all, there is such a large population here that no catering brand wants to miss this business and come here to open a shop. However, after talking with restaurants, it is understandable that there is still a gap between the unit prices of suburban people and urban people, and the business that sells too much is often not very good.
Food, clothing, housing and transportation live together.
For so many years, most of them have lived in shared apartments. When I was in Shunyi, the rent did not exceed 65,438+0,000, usually 70,800 or 80,900. At that time, the rent had not risen, especially in the suburbs, which was relatively cheap. Even near the subway, it is easy to find a single room with several hundred dollars. If you go again now, this price will basically be lost, and the rent in the suburbs will also rise. Shunyi county, because of its remote geographical location, is still very quiet outside the Sixth Ring Road, and there is no nightlife. At eight or nine o'clock in the evening, there are not many pedestrians on the road and the community is very quiet. Relatively speaking, it is much quieter than the urban area, and life is very comfortable.
Tiantongyuan is a completely different situation. When I moved to Tiantongyuan, the rent was already relatively high. In previous years, the rent was basically around 2500. Tiantongyuan community is densely populated and dense. No matter day or night, the community is very lively. Often when I want to sleep late on weekends, I am awakened by the intense square dance music downstairs. At night 10 1 1, you can also see many pedestrians on the road. At this time, many shops are basically closed. Compared with Shunyi county, it is really much more youthful and energetic!
Do a good job in food, clothing, housing and transportation, and finally say yes.
When I was in Shunyi, I basically relied on buses and subways. Buses in the suburbs are different from those in the city. Just before the number of buses, I have to add a sequence. Soon after I went to Shunyi, many lines in Shunyi were replaced by new buses. Compared with the buses in the city, the ride comfort is quite good. If you go to the city, you will usually take bus No.850, with a high backrest and comfortable sitting. You'll pass Sanyuan Bridge and end at Dongzhimen. The 850 Express takes the expressway, which is faster. As for the subway, there is only the subway 15 line. Unlike the subway in the city, the subway 15 line is mostly on the ground. If you work in Wangjing, it is actually more convenient to live in Shunyi County. If you drive, Shunyi has a small population, and there are traffic jams in the morning and evening rush hours, but it is dwarfed by the city. Generally speaking, in Shunyi county, the convenience of bus and subway selection is definitely not as good as that in the city, but the happiness of driving is still very high, with less traffic jams, wide roads and easy parking.
Tiantongyuan is different. Because Tiantongyuan is close to the urban area, it takes more than half an hour to go to Guomao, so the subway in Tiantongyuan is still very convenient. However, Tiantongyuan has a very large population, and the morning rush hour is limited, and it takes only ten or twenty minutes to enter the subway station. Tiantongyuan's bus system is also very convenient, and there are many bus lines. There are many buses that go straight to the city. When I am not in a hurry, I prefer to travel by bus. The happiness of driving in Tiantongyuan is very low, because the density of the community is very high and there are many vehicles. The morning rush hour on Litang Road is a disaster. After several trips, I'd rather queue up for the subway than drive in the morning rush hour. Relatively speaking, Tiantongyuan parking is not as convenient as Shunyi County, but fortunately, Tiantongyuan's community can park, the parking fee is not expensive, and there is no parking space on the roadside, so you can still park in the community.
Finally, to sum up, Dabao has lived in the suburbs of Beijing and the suburbs near the city, and his feelings are different. But no matter where he is, his life is relatively rich, and he has good food, clothing, housing and transportation. His life experience in the suburbs is no worse than that in the city. Welcome to the suburbs!
I am in Pinggu. It is hard enough to squeeze 852 into the city every day.
