Spinning (bicycle) English name (SPINNING) is a unique and energetic indoor cycling training course that combines music, visual effects, etc.
1. Prepare the music first, a slow rock DJ of about forty minutes (the kind of popular mashup), and then prepare a few DJ sections with strong rhythm and a piece of slow music.
2. There is no need to prepare in advance. The forty-minute section should be played, and the students should sit and ride first.
