After installing the random PMB software, click HOME-Music Tools-Download Music on the sony digital camera, then connect to the computer through the random multi-function cable, click MUSIC TRANSFER on the desktop or click Start-Program -SONY PICTURE - MUSIC TRANSFER, and then select it in the opened interface.

The PMB Portable built into the camera can be repaired by connecting it to a computer and opening the PMB software.
