The International Liaison Department and the Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan Affairs Office: organize and contact with music groups and musicians from all over the world and Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan to carry out exchange visits, performances, academic exchanges and other activities, and be responsible for the work and various activities of the China National Committee of the International Music Council.

4. Social Music Department: Organize various social music activities such as music examination.

5. Office: responsible for the administration and logistics services of the Association.

6. Personnel Department: responsible for the deployment of association cadres and personnel and salary management.

7. Music Performers' Rights and Interests Protection Center: it is a collective management institution for safeguarding the rights and interests of music performers.
