In 1950s, a kind of dance was created, which was popular all over the country. It is called "Flowers and Teenagers", and its music is composed of materials from four seasons. The violin music "Four Seasons" basically retains the music of this dance. The rhythm of music is regular, symmetrical and has strong local characteristics.

In the first six bars of the music, the solo violin plays the introduction of free rhythm, and the music is from far to near, just like a warm spring breeze, calling for boys and girls in the spring. Wave after wave of rich flavor of life and local flavor came face to face.

Followed by the violin, the musical theme of "Four Seasons Tune" is humorous, passionate and full of emotion: a girl as beautiful as flowers and pure as jade, with light dance steps, came to picturesque Shan Ye and sang the song of welcoming the Spring Festival, which attracted a lot of handsome teenagers.

The middle part of the music changes to the dance rhythm of 3/4 beat of national customs. First, the violin group played a deep and sweet dance melody in the bass area, and then more beautiful and comfortable dance music echoed each other in the high-pitched area. Compared with the previous rhythm, the melody line was longer, but the rhythm of the dance was not lost. It shows a moving scene of young girls and boys singing and dancing.

The third paragraph of music returns to the double-beat rhythm, which is as humorous and cordial as the first paragraph, and the mood is more enthusiastic and unrestrained. The cheerful rhythm continued until the right-hand plucked chord ended.
