Model internship report
Through the second internship in kindergarten, I deepened the theoretical knowledge about children's psychological development taught by the teacher in developmental psychology class, and also had a new understanding of the theoretical theories involved. Perhaps the content from developmental psychology is more related to our own growth process and psychological development, or the teacher showed the extraordinary experience from the development of fertilized eggs to the formation of fetuses in class. That surprise and shock is more due to the desire to explore, to know the magical history in my mother's belly, and to know the infancy that can only be known from the mouth of my elders. Driven by such motivation, I am more full of expectations for the internship in kindergarten, and maybe I can see the miniature of my childhood!

During the placement, I chose the children in the middle class. I talked to the children and learned that their age is 3 to 4 years old. In Eriksson's psychological development view, the early age of children is about 2 to 4 years old, and the characteristics of middle-class children at this stage are not obvious to me.

In my middle class, there are 43 children, including two teachers and a preschool intern. I recorded the morning schedule, namely:

1. The teacher speaks a piano (all children will get used to being quiet when they sit in their seats when they hear music). 2. Do morning exercises outdoors (in the past, teachers would divide boys and girls into going to the toilet first, and children who didn't go to the toilet would play by themselves). 3. Listen to the teacher (the story of a mouse and a tiger, from which the teacher guided and accompanied some questions). 4. Go out and play games (slide and play with each other). In my contact with children, I observed the following phenomena:

1. Middle-class children like singing and can play a more relaxed rhythm.

2. Sometimes there will be friction and aggression between children, but under the adjustment of the teacher, they still apologize to each other and shake hands.

3. Emotional changes may be great, but they are unstable and come and go quickly.

4. In the process of listening to the teacher's story, attention will gradually be attracted by other things, and attention will not be available for a long time.

5. When expressing your thoughts, you often use gestures and expressions to help express and create, but you are also shy.

During the break, I asked the intern teacher in the middle class some questions about children and exchanged some experiences. Combining the conversation at that time and my finishing afterwards, I will talk about some thoughts and feelings of children's game activities that impressed me the most.

According to the schedule, children's activities are mainly games, and other activities are also around games. In contemporary game theory, Freud mentioned it in psychoanalytic theory. He believes that games also have subconscious elements, and games are a means to compensate unsatisfied wishes in real life and overcome traumatic events. Games make children escape from the compulsion and bondage of reality, vent dangerous impulses that are not accepted by reality, relieve psychological tension and develop self-strength to cope with the real environment. His statement was not realized in my short observation.

Eriksson also explained the game from the perspective of new psychoanalysis, thinking that the game is a healthy way to vent emotions and thoughts. In the game, children can "revive" their happy experiences and repair their mental trauma. I have some experience with this statement. Some children cry all the time when they make a mistake. After a while, they have a good time in outdoor activities and don't remember their unhappiness afterwards.

But what I understand more deeply is Piaget's view on games in cognitive motivation theory. He believes that games are a way for children to know new and complex objects and events, a way to consolidate and expand concepts and skills, and a way to combine thinking and action. Children play games, play and manipulate certain things through physical movements. Children learn in games and grow in games. Through various game activities, children not only practice various basic movements, for example, in class, teachers inspire children to learn penguins to walk in different ways. In this way, the motor organs can be well developed, and the cognitive and social communication abilities can be developed faster and better. Games also help children learn to express and control emotions, learn to deal with anxiety and inner conflicts, and play an important role in cultivating good personality.

Perhaps the children's enthusiasm infected me, or perhaps I remembered my childhood, and I also took part in some activities. I also experienced the joy of children's games.

Primary school internship experience When I was in primary school internship, I chose the fifth grade class. There are 48 students in the class, most of whom are between the ages of 9 and 1 1. It happens that the first class is English, the class time is 8: 40-9: 05, and a class lasts for 25 minutes, which can fully arouse students' enthusiasm and attention. But I found that after 15 minutes of class, the students' attention obviously began to relax. There was a moment's silence when the teacher stopped, and then the chaotic scene appeared again. Because the teacher had something to do temporarily, I only had one class in the morning, and the rest of the classes were changed to self-study. There are no more opportunities to observe the characteristics of adolescent students, but I think I have gained something through my internship experience in kindergarten and primary school.

I hope that I will have more opportunities to practice in the future, and I can personally feel things outside books. Thank you for your concise explanation in class, so that we can understand and remember clearly at the same time. I also thank the teacher for remembering the theoretical knowledge in the students' easy-to-understand explanations in the form of groups, and also let us consult the materials to deepen our impression. For me, developmental psychology is more of a tool discipline, and I believe it will benefit a lot in the future!

Editorial work requires passion, patience and care.

The staff in the editorial department are so bored that they race against time to revise their editors every day and often work overtime. Sometimes they can only sleep four or five hours a day. But I have never seen fatigue and boredom on their faces. They are always energetic and devoted to their work. I think it is this passion for work that sustains them. Without passion, they can't put so much energy into it.

Passion makes us passionate about our work and willing to fight for common goals; Patience also allows us to take our work seriously and strive to do every detail well; Careful, let's strictly check every manuscript and strive for perfection.

The work of the editorial department is monotonous. Whether it is cold or hot, they have to calm down and read the manuscript slowly. Without patience, they can't sit in the office and work tirelessly. Careful is also very important, because it is related to the quality of news broadcast. Even a word and a small punctuation mark will affect the quality of news broadcast. Therefore, even if they are very tired, they should cheer up and check carefully. They would rather read it several times than let go of a mistake. If you are careful. They can't produce such high-quality news programs.

When I was working in the editorial department. When there is no manuscript, the editor will read magazines and newspapers to pass the time, or chat and laugh. At this time, I always consciously take time to read the news editor's secretary or take out the revised manuscript before, and learn and summarize some common manuscript mistakes.

In a word, the editorial department is a place full of joy, where you can learn and expand your knowledge.

I have gained a lot from my internship, both in theory and in real life. I realize that while learning this professional knowledge well in school, I should also participate in social practice, expand my knowledge, improve my comprehensive quality, keep learning, think more, practice more, listen more and see more. At the same time, we should learn to get along and communicate with others and handle interpersonal relationships well.

Have confidence in yourself in everything. I believe that through our efforts, "where there is a will, there is a way".
